Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Royadle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Royadle website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by us. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Royadle is an online gaming platform that offers various card guessing games based on Clash Royale. Our Service includes:

Daily Mode: A daily challenge where players guess a mystery Clash Royale card
Unlimited Mode: Endless rounds of card guessing with no time restrictions
Hard Mode: A challenging mode with limited attempts and interactive Q&A features
Characters Mode: Visual guessing challenges based on image segments
Custom Mode: Create and share custom card guessing challenges with friends

Our Service is provided free of charge and is accessible through web browsers on various devices. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules and Mechanics

Daily Challenges: Each day at midnight EST, a new mystery card is randomly selected. Players have unlimited guesses to identify the correct card.

Unlimited Mode: Players can play as many rounds as they want with no restrictions. Each completed round immediately generates a new challenge.

Hard Mode: Players have 10 guess attempts and 10 question opportunities. The game ends when all attempts are used or the correct card is identified.

Characters Mode: Players have 4 attempts to guess a card from progressively revealed image segments. Each wrong guess reveals another segment.

Custom Challenges: Users can create custom challenges by selecting any card and sharing a link. Links expire after 24 hours for security.

Scoring System: Game scores, attempts, and statistics are tracked and may be displayed on leaderboards. All gameplay data is stored securely.

Fair Play: All games are designed to be fair and transparent. Cheating, manipulation, or exploitation of game mechanics is strictly prohibited.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: While registration is optional, you may choose to create an account to access additional features such as saving your game progress, viewing statistics, and participating in leaderboards. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Features: Registered accounts may have access to features such as game history, personalized statistics, and social sharing capabilities. We reserve the right to modify or remove account features at any time.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Acceptable Use Policy

Enforcement: Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and may subject you to legal action.

Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game mechanics, and software, is the property of Royadle or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Character Rights: Royadle is a fan-made game inspired by Clash Royale. All Clash Royale card names, images, and related content are the property of Supercell. We use this content under fair use principles for educational and entertainment purposes only. Royadle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell.

User-Generated Content: If you submit any content to the Service (such as comments, usernames, or custom challenges), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

DMCA Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us using the contact form provided below.

Fair Use Notice: Royadle is created as a tribute to Clash Royale and is intended for educational and entertainment purposes. We do not claim ownership of any Clash Royale intellectual property and acknowledge that all such property belongs to Supercell.
